OUR PURPOSE:
Impacting our community by empowering families with knowledge of healthy lifestyle choices.
OUR CATALYZING STATEMENT:
Inspiring healthy choices in every family.
With the holidays quickly approaching, I make it a priority to slow down and take time to express my heartfelt gratitude for all that 2018 has offered. Christmas is my favorite time of the year. It is the time of the year that I create my vision for the upcoming New Year. As an aspiring minimalist, I do not partake in the stresses that come with the season, rather it is a season of peace for me. I live each day keenly aware that the days are long, but the years are short. I am reminded daily that tomorrow is not promised and meaningful relationships are what makes life worth living. One of our company Core Values is Love. We firmly believe that life is all about love. At the office, we are a work family and we genuinely care for each other’s well-being and happiness. We speak the truth with love to each other. We add value to the people we come in contact with (you), and we treat everyone with love, kindness, and respect. My favorite book of the year is Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less, by Greg McKeown. It is a great read (or Audible) and a life-changer!
Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Healthy, Happy New Year. I leave you with one of my favorite prayers:
“God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, Courage to change the things I can, and the Wisdom to know the difference. Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardship as the pathway to peace.”
With Deep Gratitude & Love,
Dr. Julie Quan

April was a wonderful addition to our team, but only spent the summer with us. We miss her radiant smile and warm energy and wish her the best in her endeavors.
Tina & Will Logan
I’m especially thankful for my friend, Tina Lu, who was able to help me tremendously by holding the fort for 3 months while we were on our quest to find new team members for our front office. I remember her coming in on New Year’s Day to do a quick training and she was able to take care of all the front end tasks after that. Tina was definitely my answered prayer. The cherry on top was her adorable son, Will Logan, who greeted everyone that came in with a big smile!
We want to Congratulate Tina and her family for their new addition, Lucas Reid Bedford on October 18, 2018!

3rd Annual Refuge for Women Top Golf Event, September 2018
One of our Core Values is Service and that means that we strive to give value to every one that we come in contact with. We do our best to deliver beyond what is expected. Beyond our office, we are passionate about finding ways to pay it forward by serving our community. This is the third year that we have participated in the Refuge for Women Top Golf Event where we help to raise funds for the care of women who have been trafficked. If you are interested in participating or learning more about this wonderful community organization, please visit: http://www.rfwlasvegas.org/.
Our upcoming Team Service Project will be preparing dinner for the Ronald McDonald House the end of December. We have Cream Cheese Shrimp Rangoons, Sous Vide Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry, and Flan on the menu. The best part is that we get to serve AND eat what we make! If you and/or your team is interested in participating in their Dinner Program, please visit https://rmhlv.org/dinner-program for more details.
Night to Shine, February 2018
Oscar and I had the opportunity to volunteer for Night to Shine earlier this year. Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered in God’s love, for people with special needs ages 14 and older. Our team will be participating together again on February 8, 2019.

My son, Logan, will be turning 3 this coming January. He is the joy of my life and he carries my heart wherever he goes. He gets adjusted almost once a month and sometimes watches me as I adjust. He is a Gonstead Chiropractor in training!
